We will identify their strengths and weaknesses, the effort involved in deploying and maintaining and their future directions. Architectures include Mesh, Hub and Spoke, Hybrid and Multi-Protocol.
04. Tools to support Federation Operators - Terry Smith, Australian Access FederationThe main output of the operator of an identify is trusted metadata. There are a number of open-source tools that will simplify the curtation of federation entities and the creation of signed federation metadata. We will discuss available options and the choices that have been made by federation operators in the APAN region.
05. Discovery Service - Terry Smith, Australian Access FederationWhat is a discovery service, does your federation need to provide a centralized DS and what open-source options options are available. We we also investigate what options have already been deployed by federation operators in the APAN region.
