Session Chairs: Jacinta RebeloAgenda:This session we will cover the essential steps for planning and implementing communication plans and how this can assist you with federation promotion and education. The first part of the workshop will discuss some basic principles for effective communication followed by some practical activates to assist you with communication planning. By attending this workshop, you will be able to identify your target audience, develop key messages and a plan to assist you with delivering your message. This workshop is suitable for all levels.
