Objectives :

Bridging the gap between physicians and engineers always is an ice breaking task but once achieved will lead to creativity & generation of novel innovations. The multi-disciplinary approach is the key to success. The speaker will focus on his experience in terms of its benefits, the methodology by brainstorming to inculcate the culture of innovation in medical faculties.

Culture of Innovation Induction Among Physicians by Multidisciplinary Approach

  1. Why Innovation Matters?  - Siamak Sarrafan
Research & Innovation sometimes are confusing for beginners. Research is conversion of money into knowledge whereas innovation is reverse. Till you cross the "Bridge of Valley of Death of Innovation" still considered as Money Master but later financial benefits are expected. Research, Creativity, Innovation & Invention concepts will be introduced during this session.

2. Brainstorming Innovation Activities - Linta Iftikhar  ,  Muhammad Feras Iftikhar

Small brainstorming activities will be practiced, removing misconception that innovation is something Big, Very Big & Very High.

3. Culture of Innovation Induction Among Physicians - Muhammad Iftikhar , MAHSA UNIVERSITY MALAYSIA
